{"id":4831,"date":"2023-05-11T16:57:27","date_gmt":"2023-05-11T15:57:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifegarachico.eu\/?p=4831"},"modified":"2023-06-05T10:51:54","modified_gmt":"2023-06-05T09:51:54","slug":"el-proyecto-life-garachico-uniendo-fuerzas-para-prevenir-inundaciones-costeras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lifegarachico.eu\/en\/el-proyecto-life-garachico-uniendo-fuerzas-para-prevenir-inundaciones-costeras\/","title":{"rendered":"The LIFE Garachico Project joining forces to prevent coastal flooding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Today we are pleased to inform that some of the partners of the LIFE Garachico project, GobCan, GRAFCAN, FIHAC and TRAGSA, have met with members of CECOES - 112 (Emergency and Security Coordination Center) and DGSE (General Directorate of Security and Emergencies ) to present the results of the Early Warning System developed within the framework of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The following aspects were discussed at the meeting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We define with 112 how we will send you the risk alert notifications issued by our Early Warning System. Together, we will establish the best way to keep you informed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We underline the importance of working as a team and collaborating closely with the councils of the municipalities involved and the Cabildo Insular de Tenerife to achieve the desired results.
