Por isso, <strong>Javier Lopes Lara<\/strong>, professor da Universidade de Cantabria, apresentou, junto com outros nove membros do projeto do Vice-Minist\u00e9rio de Luta contra as Mudan\u00e7as Clim\u00e1ticas do Governo das Ilhas Can\u00e1rias, o Instituto de Pesquisa Social e Turismo da Universidade de La Laguna e a empresa cartogr\u00e1fica das Ilhas Can\u00e1rias uma <em>papel<\/em> para o <a href=\"https:\/\/iahrworldcongress.org\/\">XXXIX Congresso Mundial da IAHR: Da neve ao mar<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A ser realizado at\u00e9 o dia 24 deste m\u00eas, o evento acad\u00eamico bianual organizado pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de Engenharia e Pesquisa Hidroambiental elegeu a cidade de Granada como ponto de encontro de pesquisadores de todo o mundo. A comunica\u00e7\u00e3o apresentada pela equipa LIFE Garachico, que leva o nome de <em>Estrat\u00e9gias flex\u00edveis de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s inunda\u00e7\u00f5es costeiras potenciadas pelas altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas nas zonas urbanas costeiras da Macaron\u00e9sia<\/em>, refletiu sobre a dificuldade que as zonas costeiras insulares da Macaron\u00e9sia t\u00eam em evitar completamente as inunda\u00e7\u00f5es. Fazendo uma exaustiva an\u00e1lise hist\u00f3rica das ondas, o trabalho prop\u00f4s quais medidas adotar do munic\u00edpio de Garachico para evitar poss\u00edveis cen\u00e1rios futuros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Um projeto alinhado aos ODS 2030<\/strong>. O LIFE Garachico, que tem um or\u00e7amento de execu\u00e7\u00e3o de 2.638.132 euros e tem financiamento 55% da Uni\u00e3o Europeia, \u00e9 liderado pelo Vice-Minist\u00e9rio da Transi\u00e7\u00e3o Ecol\u00f3gica do Governo das Can\u00e1rias e conta com uma parceria de onze parceiros. O objetivo deste projeto \u00e9 colocar em pr\u00e1tica, testar, avaliar e divulgar metodologias e abordagens novas e inovadoras, no contexto da prote\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1reas urbanas contra o risco de inunda\u00e7\u00f5es costeiras e no desenvolvimento de uma estrat\u00e9gia de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o flex\u00edvel para estas \u00e1reas. . contra as altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifeis30.eu\/\">O programa LIFE completa 30 anos<\/a>.<\/strong> O \u00fanico instrumento financeiro da Uni\u00e3o Europeia dedicado exclusivamente ao meio ambiente e \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica completa 30 anos.
