Today we are pleased to inform that some of the partners of the LIFE Garachico project, GobCan, GRAFCAN, FIHAC and TRAGSA, have met with members of CECOES - 112 (Emergency and Security Coordination Center) and DGSE (General Directorate of Security and Emergencies ) to present the results of the Early Warning System developed within the framework of the project.
The following aspects were discussed at the meeting:
- We define with 112 how we will send you the risk alert notifications issued by our Early Warning System. Together, we will establish the best way to keep you informed.
- We underline the importance of working as a team and collaborating closely with the councils of the municipalities involved and the Cabildo Insular de Tenerife to achieve the desired results. That is why we will continue to meet to develop risk management plans tailored to local needs.
During the project you will see us in Garachico carrying out activities and workshops to present results and participation, join us to be informed and give us your opinion!
Together, we can build a more resilient future.
